Dr. Post is extremely astute at maintaining focus on the most relevant therapeutic issue at hand. I see her with my mom to work on our very complicated relationship. She's sensitive to both our needs and truly seems to care about helping us to a better place. As a trained therapist myself, I can see that Dr. Post is one of the really good ones.
I've seen Cindy Post for about 2 years. She's been really helpful to me. I've been having difficulty with my demanding mother and with my husband too. I'm often amazed at what Cindy says. She's helped me see that maybe I married someone who sort of treats me like my mother did. But she's helping me figure that out so that I can be a different person in my marriage - and not treat my kids the way my mother treated me. It's complicated but she's helping me connect the dots.
Dr. Post has helped our family navigate some difficult times for several years now. Her expertise , compassion and professionalism created a safe and warm environment to explore and work through the challenges we were facing. With Dr. Post's guidance, our family as a whole has become more communicative, joyful and able to negotiate conflict and life's every day challenges. I would recommend Dr. Post to any friend or family member seeking therapeutic support.

I am very grateful to have found Dr. Post and to have been able to work with her for the last year...with her careful guidance and techniques she proposed, I have become a much more confident and secure person. I feel more able to embark on new relationships and to understand why I act and feel certain ways, given the leftover damage from my traumatic marriage. I highly recommend her in every way - she is patient, professional and empathetic.
She took extended personal calls that were not urgent and home deliveries during our time scheduled together on more than one occasion right in the middle of our session without warning. She would extend our time to make up the difference however it was insensitive and unprofessional.
I highly recommend Dr. Post. She is truly committed to helping each patient improve their life and has helped me work through many issues with patience and determination including, divorce, bad finances, overweight, career uncertainty, and re-entering the dating world. A true professional, she stays abreast of updates and trends in the psychology field. She is a mixture of supportive, encouraging, and a firm compassionate voice when I needed it most. Dr. Post is the best.
