I recently moved in, and Kendall has been amazing! I needed a few things worked on in my apt, and he got right to them. He even helped me move a box upstairs that I couldn’t move myself. Very friendly and attentive. The best interaction I’ve had with someone who works here thus far. 10/10 customer service skills! Great guy and great worker.
I wish I had more positive things to say about this community. The location, space, and price were great. However, living here has been very difficult. Our apartment has had a water main break in our ceiling and a separate leak go in addresses for 7 days. The complex was not helpful in remediating these issues (taking as long as 6 mo.)as I tried to get them to fix problems and deal with a revolving door of contractors for the duration of our time there. We had lived in the community for the past one year and had recently moved out. This is a good community to live in. We never had any issues while living here. I will miss this place.
