Our experience with this apartment’s application process was disappointing. The leasing office did not clearly explain the credit criteria used for approval prior to accepting application fees. After submitting applications, a clerical error occurred in which my name appeared on two applications instead of one being submitted under my husband’s name. This is the water that is coming out of the faucet. When i called to report this problem I was told to just let the water run until it clears up. Would you cook with this water? Drink this water? Bathe your children in this water? 2,000 dollars a month and we don't even have clean water.
Great place to live, definitely a 5 stars. Joseph goes above and beyond to help the residents with their requests, and the maintenance staff has been very responsive with anything that needs repair. The apartments also have central a/c, which I think is a huge bonus.
