Very unprofessional Didn’t return calls
Do not recommend.
This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a CPA. The mistakes they made led to $50,000 by filing INCORRECTLY too late to file an addendum, $2,000 by giving incorrect information about due dates and the IRS, and unexpected fees over $4,000 in additional fees for our businesses due to their incorrect filings. We had an incredibly disappointing experience with this CPA. Not only did their errors in filing cost us $55,000 in fees and taxes on our personal accounts, but we were also charged additional fees for each of our businesses due to their incorrect filings. Response times were abysmal—multiple calls and emails went unanswered. Jenny never responded to any outreach after multiple attempts both phone and email, filed late, cost us money. Was never in the office always left early. 👎👎 Fired.
