I went to the apartments and looked at everthing. the next week I went back they took my pay stubs credit info. I paid \$65.00 dollars for the background and \$300.00 to hold the apartment.. The lease manger said all they need to know is about my criminal history. Which I dont have. She promise me an apartment on the 7th she said that I was pre aproved. Have resided here for nearly 7 years. LOVE IT! Well managed. Well kept up. Neat & clean. Parking. Pleasing surroundings. Lots going on to keep us busy. Game nights. Bingo. Groups visiting to entertain. Craft projects. GREAT FOLKS LIVE HERE, too. Free bus service for seniors. Tranportation to and from grocery store weekly. Centrally located. Convenient to everything. Church services weekly.
Location, location, location. Walk across the street for food, fun, and entertainment. Great pad for people who like a happening place. Cool restraunts and bars just a stones throw away. I like them all, but recommend Coaches for watching football, and Pub Fiction on Saturdays for College sports.
