Amazing experience from start to finish. The professionalism and knowledge displayed by both Katherine and Cage were the secret sauce that separated Post Alley Court from the other apartments I visited. Both Katherine and Cage were accessible and always prepared with answers and guidance through the application process. I cannot wait to move into my new home and I have the good people at Post Alley Court to thank for this.
I toured the community on 3/10/25 and fell in love with the place. There have been many updates including a new elevator and several of the units I looked at had at least partial views of the water. Super close access to the waterfront and Pike Place Market are amazing perks and there is even a rooftop with a stellar view. Post Alley Court is a fabulous little community tucked away by the Seattle water front. I met Katherine on tour and she was so kind, personable and knowledgeable about the area! Gage, was super helpful at the office when we returned from the tour and helped me narrow it down to a couple of my favorite options. Thanks post alley court apartments!
I will start by saying Gage the management is great. I lived here nearly a year and most of the time the elevator was broken. The water periodically was shut off for days. I was charged 1 months rent for a deposit I still haven't received anything not even my move out invoice they basically took 1800 although I left the apartment cleaner than when I moved in. It was not properly cleaned upon move in. They did work with me and let me out my lease that was in July it is November and I have yet to get my deposit but they got th... read more
