Tall man behind counter was of no help at all. We needed help sending back a package for a return. It was too much to explain what we had to do to print a receipt. He didn't want to help us. Went to another service, and they were great. Will never come here again. Wouldn't recommend either.
Alissa was super friendly and helpful.
I've always enjoyed the friendly, helpful atmosphere created by Slater. I applaud Nat's excellent service in packing some important materials for shipment abroad this weekend.
Awesome place, they are very accommodating and have a pleasant staff.
