Juan was amazing and super sweet and very helpful
One of our maintenance men Juan came to replace my shower head today after placing in a request yesterday to have a replacement installed after living in my United for 5 years now. He noticed that the shower handles was bad (loose and hard to turn) and replaced that as well which I thought was great customer service!
