The other day the air conditioner broke down, the technician Juan came and did everything quickly and professionally.
Juan was great. He fixed my sink clog and light bulb with in 5 mins!
I have been living here for more than a year. This apartment complex is in general very good, especially considering its reasonable price and convenient location in the uptown Houston. The building and its interior are quite new and clean. Maintenance people here are very responsible, typically fixed within 2 days after request. There is a very nice neighborhood next to this complex, it's a good place to take a walk. This area is supposed to be a quite safe area.
