The maintenance crew is the best! Rogelio and Juan were able to assist me in fixing some apartment appliances swiftly. They were quick, thorough, and we appreciate the work they do around the apartment.

On my way to the galleria mall I had pass by to look at some houses by the MMA Afton Oaks with the attention to just make inquiries but OMG…. Miss Jolanta Roberts with her calm and chilled vibe set me down and explain me more and took me to a deferent level of understanding the property better…. She definitely explained and told me every aspect about the building, at a point she even had to run up and make me a video specifically to understand better even though the house wasn’t ready…. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE!!!! I’ve had a deeply disappointing experience at this property. My car was broken into while parked directly in front of the leasing office, and shockingly, there was no security camera footage available. When I reported the incident, management’s response was cold and dismissive - they simply handed me a trash bag to collect the broken glass and showed zero empathy or concern. 4/28/25 6am. Management has instructed maintenance team to transport dumpsters from 6am-8:30 am. 5 dumpsters are pulled with a golf cart over multiple speed bumps waking the entire community. Only move here if you enjoy wake up at 6am to the sounds of dumpsters & NOW THE SOUNDS OF LEAVES BEING BLOWN AROUND FROM 6:30AM-9AM WHY DOES THIS COMMUNITY NOT CARE OF IT'S RESIDENCE BEAUTY SLEEP
