I've been a resident of this apartment complex for almost 6 years, and would not recommend moving here. The building's maintenance has gone downhill and leaves a lot to be desired - there was recently a dead cockroach in my hallway that was sitting there for almost a week. There is currently a large wet spot in my hallway as well from when it rained a few days ago. The parking lot is constantly filthy. Elevators smell like dog pee, and floors aren’t cleaned properly on each floor’s common areas. Gym is nice.
