I’ve been here for about a year and a half. And I’m counting down the days until the end of my lease. The office staff and the security guy Austin are great. Most of the facilities people are good as well. My biggest issue are the other tenants here. They leave trash everywhere and don’t pick up after the pets. MAA Afton Oaks is by far my favorite place I’ve lived in my 10 years in Houston. It checks all the boxes I wanted in an apartment. Maintenance is great, and the management team is always friendly and helpful. Jolante’ has been especially wonderful since I moved in! Everyone I’ve interacted with has been helpful. My home here is perfect for me, and it’s truly been a great place to live.
Register your car and the app doesn’t let you change it and boom . Your car is towed!! Bs !!
The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Both Danielle and Victor were very efficient at resolving any problems I had. Rogelio did a great maintenance job on sealing the gaps between pipe caps and wall.
Very nice apartment. Good security system. Indoor car parks and electric car charging station is awesome
