I’ve only lived here 2.5 months. I’ve had a package stolen from out of the mail room and when i went to the leasing office they didn’t help and declined even checking cameras just in case. the fire alarms have gone off 7 times, yes SEVEN, in the span of 2 months (i have email receipts) i’ve encountered 1 nice leasing office agent, but otherwise, they aren’t the most kind or helpful. Maintenance is great.
I’ve had a great experience living in this community. When I first moved in a few months ago, I was completely new to Houston and in a rush because my family and I were staying in a hotel. The staff—Mary, Katelyn, and Natalie—were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process, which made a big difference during a stressful time.
