Massively overpriced. The elevators were constantly down, the gym AC was broken for months, and management completely ignored repeated complaints from multiple third-floor residents about ongoing package theft. To top off the experience, they were completely unwilling to assist when an important package was delivered there after I moved out. Save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else.
I’ve had a really positive experience living at MAA 510, and one of the biggest reasons is the staff. They genuinely make me feel valued as a resident and not like I’m simply another number or someone they need to meet a quota. I was denied with a 799 credit score and nearly $15000 income due to the “system flagging our application” for not meeting the requirement of 6 times the monthy rent payment. Maybe the AI system ran out of water and couldn’t calculate correctly. Unfortunately I’m out the $85 application fee which is total bullshit. I was approved at the nearby Camden property within minutes. You get what you pay for. Saving an extra $50 on rent in an attempt to pinch pennies doesn’t pay off in the end. While I was not expecting to live here, I'm very happy that I moved to MAA 510 because they get the big and little things right. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I found myself needing to move into an apartment ASAP. Fortunately, Natalie was able to get my application approved in a span of a couple of hours, on a Friday afternoon at that.
