Hello! I have lived at several apartments and this one by far has been the easiest move in process! Natalie was extremely informative and the whole apartment complex is very well maintained. The maintenance department has been extremely responsive and quick to fix any concerns I had. By far one of the best apartment experiences so far and I highly recommend this complex to anyone in the Houston area. Make sure to ask for Natalie when touring! She’s extremely informative, professional, and very responsive to questions!!!
I’ve really enjoyed living here! The complex is well maintained, and any maintenance issues are taken care of quickly. I especially want to give a shoutout to Rob from the maintenance team. I just moved into my new apartment, and I couldn't be happier! The leasing office especially Natalie made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The apartment was spotless when I arrived, and everything works perfectly.
Moved in earlier this month. So far everything has been excellent! The staff has been very friendly. The security is outstanding, multiple layers of fob access needed, including entering the parking garage. The maintenance response was quick. The cleanliness is great. The apartments are spacious with washer and dryers in the unit. I have a great view of the city. The workout room is sufficient. It is close to Hermann park and the med center. And all for a very reasonable price!
I'm a returning resident and have absolutely loved being back so far! Mary Spears, who is one of the leasing consultants, is incredible and so helpful. I'm extremely pleased with the team here at MAA 510!
