I’ve been a resident for more than 2 years and I have enjoyed living here and have always provided an honest review: Pros: Location, the Maintenance guy “Rob”, the stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, issues are addressed promptly. Cons: Trash management always overflowing, broken elevators, good luck finding a parking spot after 7pm, pet park (full of crap) and if you have pets they come with a $25 fee monthly along with a one time pet fee of $300 that I personally do not feel where it is used.
