Rob, the maintenance supervisor, completed my request the same day! He was quick and resolved all the minor issues I had. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. Great job. Another reason for future residents to lease from MAA 510. I have no issues here.
I’d rate my experience with this place at 4.5/5. The front desk staff was nice and friendly, and helped me with the move in process. The apartment itself is nice, my only complaint is all paint marks left on the floor of my unit. The gym and the pool are nice as well. The maintenance staff (Rob) was very nice and friendly, and fixed my work requests very quickly. The only downsides to this place is the archaic mailbox system they have here. I moved in today, and there’s in the Roaches in my new apartment, roaches are everywhere. On the silverware, in the bathroom, in the dishwasher. I’m horrified
