I chose this agency based on their local knowledge, and while I understand the land market can be slow, the lack of professional proactivity was disappointing. I was assured my agent had a strong team of veterans behind him, but I saw no evidence of that support. During the six-month listing, there were zero initiated recommendations on pricing or market positioning; I had to initiate every check-in.
