Not happy. I made an appointment for my son to go and filled out as much as the forms as I could, since he was on break and not home, then when he got home we filled out as much as we could. We go to the appointment and sat for 15 min waiting. Before we were about to leave Nikki comes out and tells asked questions about the forms. Mistakes me and my son for a different person and then proceeds to tell me her assistant canceled the appointment. No phone call no nothing. Oh, she said they sent and email.
