Terrible- every time you make an appointment they cancel, reschedule or have some stupid excuse why they can’t do their job. Had a wedding and standing appointment weeks in advance to remove invasalign and teeth cleaning they email us 9pm night before next day appointment to cancel no reason why. Pathetic.
I was very impressed with Dr. Posner and her team. Janet at the front desk was wonderful and accommodating when I scheduled. Met with Dayana the hygienist who was fantastic. Dr. Posner spoke with me for some time after the exam and made me feel like she truly does have the patients best interest at heart. Happy to come here and not feel like I am just the next number in line....look forward to my next visit!
I downgraded the rating because I realized that the doctor seems over selling the service. I regret to have her doing the fillings after I consulted two more dentists who are of very high reputation and heard from them that the fillings were unnecessary. She either did not polish the filings well that causes sensitive flossing, and I have to find another (much better) dentist to fix it. If she suggests deep cleaning, be cautious. Dr. Posner is great - both friendly and professional! My husband and I have been going to her for years and are always happy with her care. I also got Invisalign through her and am very pleased with the results - she was really attentive and made some adjustments to the plan partway through to get the best results.
Dr. Posner is so incredibly kind and accommodating. So many personal touches it makes it feel so homey. Sweet and caring but really knows her stuff too! Highly recommend her to anyone I know in the area!
