My daughter took me to a Positively Fitt group class over 5 years ago. I was starting to have shoulder pain and even in the group setting Chrissy Shaver was able to provide modifications to allow me to get a good workout without shoulder pain. I'm a physical therapist and I had a client who loved to play hockey, but in his 50s started getting hurt. He wasn't doing anything other than hockey to stay in shape. He was also very competitive.
