Horrible Customer Service! Tyler at the front desk is rude and does not get back after days of leaving messages! For a company that charges thousands of dollars they do not make their customer's feel comfortable, appreciated or wanted. Given the type of field you are in you should be much more aware of the state of mind your potential clients are in.
