The coordinator, Holly, is exceptionally helpful and kind. The therapists are very knowledgeable and well educated. The therapists are also very kind and want to help our child reach her full potential. 10/10 recommend. Amazing place and we are so happy we found them.
We brought our nonverbal son to Positive Steps when he was three. They worked with him to figure out the best communication device and the best program, and did all the insurance wrangling to get him his “talker. Since then they’ve opened up his communication abilities to levels we never dream of - we are extremely grateful for all of his wonderful therapists and would highly recommend the practice.
My little girl has improved so much in the last 2 months! Highly recommend!
Between my 2 children, we have been going to positive steps for almost 2 years now. It has been a pleasure working with the speech therapists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists at this facility. They have been able to make accommodations, so both of my children are seen at the same time saving this working mom from juggling another appointment into our schedule.
