This year was particularly tough for me, and when my therapist from another clinic up and dropped me, Positive Reset was there. Getting set up with them/a new therapist was super easy. The admin staff walked me through each step, and made the transition seamless! I’ve had such a positive experience with this clinic from the very beginning. The entire onboarding process was smooth, efficient, and handled with excellent communication at every step. Contacted this office through their website very specifically saying I was looking for a new psychiatrist. Verbally told them i was looking for a psychiatrist when they first reached out. Spent a week being bombarded almost daily with phone calls/texts rushing me to complete online paperwork. Get on call day of the appointment to find out that my appointment was set with a therapist, which is not what I ever said I was looking for.
