Once you've given them money, expect nothing. They organized my ADHD assessment which the psychairist demmed inconclusive. A few years later I have tried to get my information and the details of the DR they reffer me to, and they will not even reply to my emails. Dr Emily Burton, who referred me, can't even send me an email with the details I required, and I spent over 1200 dollars on the consultaions and assessment. I couldn’t recommend this place for assistance.Treating Phyc had not done their homework and was completely tactless in regards to how my son passed away with complete disinformation.Not sure how a two month year old child commits suicide when it was NECK where the bowl system implodes on itself in hospital
I was really disappointed when the counsellor started sharing her trauma stories during my time. Totally unprofessional. When I complained about her behaviour, she said she would meet me in her lunch hour, all of 45 mins. Not good enough.She did say that I could attend with or try another counsellor at Positive Psychology. Sorry, not doin’ that. Once bitten, twice shied. Really poor service. Try harder!
