Experience I was billed 12 hours to install one camera on a wireless connection. My phone company wasted 4 or 5 hours of the techs time. At my direction, we abandoned the wireless connection due to unresolved wireless issues and installed a cable ( I was billed separately for the cable installation). In the end, I have a security camera, VIVOTEK IP7160, that I can view from my other store but to my knowledge it is not recording. I was told by the owner, Jorge, that VIVOTEK is an inferior company.
