Service was fantastic! From salesperson to scheduling to execution everyone involved was super congenial and extremely helpful. Benny arrived early letting me know he was able to come earlier than scheduled (which you know in Manhattan is unusual). He was so thorough from start to finish, getting hinges and runners of all cabinets and drawers to the perimeter of the floor space using at least five different agents to eradicate our problem! The team was super responsive. Bennett communicated with me on July 4th weekend and was able to send someone to our apartment on Monday. Wade, the technician who worked with us did a very thorough job and hopefully we will not have any more mice visiting.
Incredible service! So so friendly and funny! Explained everything he was doing, gave directions of everything to do after he left. Was personable and made us comfortable and felt like I truly understood what was happening and what was needed! Would use again in heartbeat if needed!!!!
