When I first called positive pest with my issues, I spoke with Then who is very accommodating as the owner of the company, he answered his phone after hours and took his time to explain everything to me properly. Then I had dealt with Leah, who is also very patient and understanding, considering I was a little Over excited due to my situation. She answered multiple calls and was very Polite and professional. The team was super responsive. Bennett communicated with me on July 4th weekend and was able to send someone to our apartment on Monday. Wade, the technician who worked with us did a very thorough job and hopefully we will not have any more mice visiting.
George was absolutely the best. He did such a thorough job of filling holes, spraying, and setting traps, and he explained to me what he was doing and how I should maintain things going forward. Positive Pest overall was so responsive and easy to work with. Very much recommend!
