I’m the Pastor of Central Christian Church and I’m a client here. I also refer people in my church to Positive Perspectives. I see Emily Neely and she’s been very helpful. Great therapists and also really good support staff. Very highly recommend.
Horrible to even try to get an appointment. Definitely not caring or accommodating for someone struggling with their mental health. The person on the phone was not compassionate at all. Very frustrating and sad. And people wonder why people who need help don’t get it. This is why. The process is definitely not easy or friendly. Sad

I’ve been trying to get an appointment with someone, anyone really, for awhile. I’ve spent hours back and forth on the phone with positive perspectives and anthem trying to figure out how much I’ll have to pay to visit the doctor assigned to me. The office says one thing but insurance says another. I called today and broke down in tears, I told the receptionist I don’t want to cancel my appointment but I don’t know what to do.
