Horrible to even try to get an appointment. Definitely not caring or accommodating for someone struggling with their mental health. The person on the phone was not compassionate at all. Very frustrating and sad. And people wonder why people who need help don’t get it. This is why. The process is definitely not easy or friendly. Sad
