Whitney is a great counselor. She is smart, funny and very empathetic to her clients situations. She is knowledgeable in narcissistic abuse and trauma. Definitely a 5 star counselor

Whitney is an extremely caring therapist. She has used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help me deal with issues of anxiety and depression. I feel like this has been much more effective than any other therapist that I've talked to. She also does guided meditations, which have been very helpful.

I have had the honor and pleasure working with Whitney Scheef. She is a knowledgeable and amazing clinician. She is someone who truly cares about helping people, and is always will to go the extra for someone who is suffering from depression and anxiety. Bedford is very luck to have a 5 star mental health provider in there community.

Totally ghosted me. Called and left a message with her, asking if she was accepting new clients. She texted me back fairly quickly which was a nice surprise, saying that she was. She asked if texting was more convenient than phone calls since I was probably at work and I said yes. I then asked if she did evening appointments, and never heard a peep back. I probably could have texted or called back, but as the patient, I shouldn't have to be tracking you down.

Whitney said she would send text reminders for appointments, they never came through, I had something come up and missed an appointment. She said she would forgive the missed appointment then charged me anyway, still never fixing the appointment reminders. The experience was negative, a waste of money, not to mention the building location feels cheap and there's trash everywhere.
