Outstanding service, outstanding knowledge, very positive person, outstanding physical therapy! Heather is the best and I have seen a few others before her! She knows PT, she knows how to effectively communicate with her clients, able to see the big picture of getting well and constructing a plan. Throughout the years Heather has helped me with countless ailments. The level of professionalism and knowledge that she directs toward my care has always been the primary reason for breaking my cycle of pain and allowing me to get better and stay better.
Heather is a caring professional. I've never had a health care practitioner who follows up with me as frequently and cares about how I am feeling and improving. She checks in to see how my activity effects my mobility and pain level and is available for ongoing advice anytime between sessions. Heather is quick to collaborate with my other care givers to make sure my healing is as fast as possible. She has a fantastic approach and is at the top of her profession!
Had a "frozen shoulder" and after a few sessions with Heather, I'm on the mend!!
