Overall solid place to get your nails/wax done - loved Renee. She was professional, personable and she did great work. I went to get my nails done for my wedding - place came highly recommended. Unbeknownst to me, my nail tech squeezed me in 30 minutes before an appointment she had and rushed me the entire time. She wasn’t helpful when I asked questions and she brushed it off when she cut me. When asked to address the cut, she applied glue to my cut without asking.. Great customer service. My natural nails are now healthy and growing since I’ve been coming to positive nails. No drilling and no acrylic are being used. Thanks to the technicians concern for healthy natural outcomes.
The ladies are very nice and most of them do a very good job. However, there are some services that all of them cannot perform well. One of them does not do SNS manicures well so I changed to gel to get more consistent manicures that last more than a week. I am a very loyal customer and I always tip. Everytime I have had to go back to get my nails fixed they charge the full price and make excuses as to what went wrong. The customer service is very disappointing.
