The units are well kept. Maintenance guys work hard & care for the Residents. After 1 year lease you go to Month to Month. Nice renovated units. Careless & neglectful leasing consultants. OAK Terrace is in Hemet, CA. Office Manager Alma doesn't check common areas to see what needs to be cleaned. Jessie & Yvette only walk property to show apartments. Absolute slumlords. Over the summer, we did not have hot water for three and a half weeks, violating California law. We also had to purchase an additional air conditioning unit because they don't replace old ones. Now, we are dealing with a flood in our kitchen. They refuse to put us in a hotel, saying to put a bucket under the leak. This is a violation of California law. This complex has also become dirty and is not maintained.
