Dr O is one of the best been with him for years
I've been a patient for years, when their name WAS Positive Home Dr's. They changed their name to House Mds, then to Home MDs. As of recently, I haven't heard from them for my appt. Their phones lines are disconnected. I also paid my payment of $250 annual for 2025. An emergency call center rep, said they were still working. I tried explaining, I need help contacting them, she said she couldn't take a message from me. It's terrible, they don't contact their patients to inform them to find another physician.
No one answering my calls main number was blocked not the right office address and still no one came to see me nor called me
Called to inquire about appointments. At 12:25 pm on 12/27 was placed in hold. 12:30 pm hung up on. Called back Thursday received recording office closed time 1:50pm. Received recording office closed. Called contact number for the Dr. Assistant for the dr Christian rude unprofessional arrogant and pompous told me he was hanging up qhen asked why office is closed. The doctor wonderful physician. However rude Christian should not be working with a wonderful doctore. Peiple like Christian gives Positive Home a bad name. Been a ... read more
