My doctor told me to call him if there was a problem with my prescription. I’ve been calling for a week straight no one answers the phone there . Unbelievable ! What kind of place is this ?

Long wait and terrible service
This is no place to go if you need healthcare. It’s an adult daycare. This office is unprecedented in how disorganized it is. I checked in 15 minutes before my appointment & got called back to the front desk 15 minutes after my appointment should’ve started. It turns out they sent me back to the nap room (the waiting room, where numerous people in the time I was there were sleeping) before they got all of my info to actually register for for 2pm appointment. They then changed the appointment time to 230 because of this mista... read more
