I will share my experience with Positive Energy Solutions on Google as they have deleted my recent Facebook comments and blocked me from their site. The sales process was fine, very responsive and quick to reply to any questions, not surprising when you are spending $20K. All down hill after that. I'm very very happy about all of it. Fantastic customer service. From when I started dealing with Olivia(she was brilliant), to the installation team lead by Mark, everything was great. They answered all my questions and did an amazing job. Quality product, pleasing to the eye and most important, I'm finally off the grid! Highly recommended!!!
Our solar consultant was very responsive to our initial contact when he provided a quote and then came to discuss it with my wife and I. He was well prepared for our meeting and while he has a relatively low key approach, which was very welcome, he listened to our needs, and was very knowledgeable and efficient and he gave us great confidence in both his company and the products that he was recommending to us.
