Positive Energy Solutions did an excellent job installing my solar system with inverter and battery storage with whole house backup. They helped me figure out my current and future household energy consumption and designed a system that met my requirements whilst future proofing as well. Their expertise showed in every step of the process, and the workmanship is top quality. I felt comfortable with the team right from the start and I am really happy with the finished product. Highly recommend.
Thankfully I was only in the quoting stage. I got a quote, spoke to a sales person organised a time to inspect my home in regards to where the best place for a solar battery (Wednesday). 2 hours before the agreed meeting I got a text to say the meet was cancelled due to being sick. Positive Energy Solutions recently installed a 15 kw istore battery to go with my pre-existing rooftop solar. The installation went very well. I was particularly impressed with Shane’s unhurried approach. When teething issues emerged, he came back and found the fault, which was with the pre-existing wiring. He fixed it for no extra charge. I am now a few weeks in. Everything is working really well. I would recommend dealing with this business.
Great service from Positive Energy Solutions today. Quickly restored my connection to monitor how my solar system was working. Pleased with the system and the service.

To be correct - if you may help reflect communication more accurately - yes there were multiple calls, which have all been one way. I am calling on a weekly/fortnightly basis to seek an install date. Yes, I spoke with Helen yesterday and let her know my availability for a follow up call.
