Great stuff Positive Energy from our initial enquiry through to quote and installation we are over the moon with the everything. Sitting at 98% self sufficiency for the home with a 11.5kwp panels on the roof, 24 kWh battery and 10 w inverter everything is doing its job above and beyond. Don't feel guilty getting the dryer on for fluffy towels now.
Adon, and the Staff at Positive Energy Solutions were great, being both personable and professional. I asked a huge number of questions about the various solar battery choices and installation details. They were very patient with me as I struggled through, what for me was a complex topic. They answered every question, and provided any additional details that help clarify the subjects. I think that they are a credit to their industry, and would recommend them to anyone seeking knowledge about solar.
Fantastic end to end experience. Delroy from sales was no pressure. Gentle check ins. Clarification given when sought. Patient with my questions. The install was arranged quickly after signing. The admin team great to deal with. The contractors were great. Arrived at 7am and job done before 2pm. Left the garage where the solar invertor went cleaner than it was before. After care has been great so far. Highly recommended!
We needed a new solar inverter and panels. PES sent out a consultant, offered us options, supported financing, booked and managed installation and then sent out the politest team of installers you could have hanging out on your roof for a day. Highly recommended service provider.
