I have to say ,what a great experience dealing with PES I have had.So glad I did my research, before choosing where I got my battery from. From my dealings with Thomas to the final install, everything was very good. I did have to wait for stock of my BYD battery to arrive, but so glad I did. Sales person persuasive Installers need to be supervised to avoid unexpected changes in placement of gear. After sales service is non-existent. As long as nothing goes wrong you’re fine, but don’t count on a response to you support request or support showing up if you’re fortunate enough to get something in the calendar.
Operated (Zeb) was very good. He research ways to fix the issue. When I followed the video instructions he sent and they didn’t work we spent a good forty minutes figure out what the issue was and we come to a successful conclusion with much patience on Zeb’s part
