I had a great experience with Positive Energy Solutions. Our consultant Louis was professional, informative and always responsive and contactable. He answered all my questions and assisted with the paperwork along the way too. After making enquiries with another company and receiving a barrage of emails, calls and texts, it was refreshing to deal with a company that listened to what I wanted, made recommendations, explained the options and left me to consider all the information without high-pressure sales techniques. Beware..... The Director came to my house for a sell job, signed me up in Oct 2025 and took a 2K deposit. Paperwork sent to Synergy. Late Jan 2026 sent the installer over for an inspection, next day sent me an email saying they are refunding me my deposit "due to unforeseen circumstances and will not be proceeding". Gave me all sorts of excuses that they have no installers and cancelling a dozen jobs. Sorry, I can't let that go and let these guys walk around with 5 star reviews. What can i say, Hiroshi and his team did an amazing install, very professional and communicative. From the original consultation with Michael to completion was an amazing experience, pretty rare this day! I have edited this review due to a recent issue that has occurred. I had a great experience working with Maya at Positive Energy Solutions. I was looking to increase the battery capacity of my existing system, and she really went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly. The only downside was the wait time; it took about three weeks to get the additional batteries installed, which felt a bit long.
