Katie deserves a raise. I’ve never giggled so much at an appointment or felt so comfortable. She gave me space to cry, to laugh, and to ask questions. 10/10 recommend.
Very fast and efficient. Freebies. Staff is the definition of service served well.
Need more availability, as time goes on there are less and less. Spend more time in the office than out at events or split the team to do both.
