In our experience, we had really helpful coordinators, but the actual therapists left A LOT to be desired. They get almost no training—two weeks of online courses. Positive Development has raised a lot of venture capital, and seems to be operating with making real profits in mind (lots of talk to investors about AI tools, outcomes tracking, etc.), which is worrisome given the trend of companies cashing in state funding for ASD therapies.
