As the leader of in-home developmental care for autism, Positive Development focuses on understanding an entire individual instead of outward behavior(s). Our play-based therapy approach enables trained paraprofessionals to establish a trusting relationship with autistic children and teens by recognizing their interests, skills, and preferred play activities. Therapy sessions are offered in-home as well as in-center. We accept most major insurance providers and are constantly expanding our coverage options.

After a year of using the DIR/Floortime approach at Positive Development, the progress my son has made is truly remarkable. We have seen tremendous progress with our son since beginning therapy at Positive Development utilizing the DIR Floortime Approach. The team behind our son is fantastic and genuinely has his best interest in mind. My husband and I also benefit greatly from the parent/family support that works in conjunction with direct sessions with our son. Overall, it's been a wonderful experience for us and highly recommend it!
