Tim has studied many bodywork techniques: myofascial release, acupressure, reflexology, structural integration, craniosacral therapy and I probably left out some. Due to this extensive knowledge, he is able to give clients a combination of whatever is needed resulting in successful treatments. Worth the money!
I have seen Tim Schimick since Feb 2022. I feel taller and more flexible after each session and I am almost 70 years old. My personal trainer noticed the improvement and encouraged me to maintain regular sessions. I highly recommend Tim Schimick.
Tim provides excellent care. Saw him for on going chronic back and neck pain. He took his time to understand what was going on and tailored his care to what was needed. He also offered ideas for prevention that have been very useful. His office is comfortable and soothing. I highly recommend him.
