Poorly built Overall, a poorly built and insulated apartment complex. If you dont mind roasting in the summer and dealing with poor customer service, then move here. If you want something better, look somewhere else.
Safe place The service has been wonderful. They have such a quick response on everything from maintence to parking situations. The fact it is a gated community provides for a good sence of safety.
