They went above and beyond to ensure that the flowers were delivered! I appreciate their thoughtful follow up and care and attention.
Exceptional customer service! Ordered flowers by phone directly with the flower shop. Received a text with a picture of the arrangement for approval (they did a fantastic job). Delivered on a snowy day and told the delivery person trekked through a snow filled cottage driveway to deliver!
Quite disappointed in the floral arrangement I had ordered days in advance.

I found this store on line, living in central MN. They carry some brands of clothing that I like - Marble and Joseph Ribkoff. I have called and talked with staff and they are so nice advising me about the items which, of course, I ordered. So far 3 items of clothing ordered from them this spring and summer. It arrives packaged very well. I have to pay shipping costs but it is worth it. Plus, it is another way to help Canada. Pam
