I provided him with my preferred color choices, and he subsequently crafted a beautiful Mother's Day arrangement. I requested a photograph of the arrangement, which I received promptly in the early morning. Thank you, Poises, for your outstanding customer service. I am confident that my mother will be delighted to receive this arrangement.
They went above and beyond to ensure that the flowers were delivered! I appreciate their thoughtful follow up and care and attention.
Exceptional customer service! Ordered flowers by phone directly with the flower shop. Received a text with a picture of the arrangement for approval (they did a fantastic job). Delivered on a snowy day and told the delivery person trekked through a snow filled cottage driveway to deliver!
Quite disappointed in the floral arrangement I had ordered days in advance.
