I had flowers sent to my friend in the hospital. The flowers came out BEAUTIFUL. The customer service was very polite and helpful. They showed me several pictures of different arrangements that I could choose from. I would recommend this floral shop to anyone!
Not the greatest first time experience. Called to have flowers delivered to my Mother for Mother's Day. Was told they would deliver them Friday or Saturday (Mother's Day was that Sunday). Monday comes, and she still hasn't gotten them. I call and am told they delivered them, but come to find out they delivered to the wrong house. I think this is a strange excuse, as the person is suppose to be home when they deliver, otherwise they call them.
