I had Ellen prepare a table for about 36 guests who came to a celebration of life for my mother. Ellen and I talked initially about a German/Wisconsin themed repast. She prepared a menu that reflected my mother’s heritage which was tastefully and gracefully presented. She and her server were attentive to every detail. Posh Nosh” catered our Son’s small intimate wedding on the Bay. What a Blessing Ellen was! She created the most scrumptious meal designed with beauty and we didn’t have to do a thing except open our kitchen ( which is a simple cottage setting). We had Ellen come in as a surprise for my friends for my 40th birthday, and wow—she did not disappoint! She was right on time and came fully prepared, bringing everything and thinking of every detail. She even played music for us while she cooked, then cleaned up, packed the leftovers, and made the whole experience effortless. Now, the food… it was absolutely to die for! Ellen made a beautiful and delicious dinner for my sister’s birthday this past weekend. She was on time and professional, kind, and as my sister said “is doing exactly what she was meant to be doing”. The food presentation was so beautiful and each course was so yummy, and from scratch. Most ingredients she used were from the farmers market as well. We will be repeat customers, highly recommend!!! Thank you Ellen!!!
