Fast clean layered cut for my long hair. Would come again for my next touch up ☺️
The hair service on my wedding day was disappointing. My sister's requested style was not honored. The stylist used informal language, asked personal questions about religion, and made unnecessary remarks about our attire and reason for being there, which felt quite uncomfortable. My mother's hair also did not turn out as expected. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients.
Very disrespectful of customer’s time. I made an appt two days ahead. Rearrange work and skip lunch just to make it in time for the appt. Ended up Michelle has 3 customer in her studio. She didn’t try to explain the situation and no text or call to reschedule with me. Just told me to come back another day. This happened twice. Not sure if she likes to take some walk-in customers that need more expensive service. But I think at least have the courtesy to call instead of having customers stood up:( Not planning to go back agai... read more
