I write this review as a former nail tech with over -5+ years experience. The ladies that did my nails were really sweet, however, my acrylic nail broke. It shouldn’t break that easily as it is acrylic. When I went back to get my nail repaired, the lady who greeted me was super rude! She demanded at least 7 times I say the name of the nail tech who did my nails. I told her I didn’t know since that was my first time there. She was raising her voice in front of everyone. These ladies are simply incredible. I have never loved a salon more in my life. It’s a beautiful salon, amazing service, on time, and the best colors to choose from in LA. It’s extra that they’re so kind and good hearted. Highly recommend!!
No respect.. Mani -pedi took 15 min.. $51 plus $10 ..no thanks even .. respond from employee.. why is only 15 min it’s short because it’s cheep..
