The girls do a good job with nails but overall policies are strange. Price is completely arbitrary. It was always $55 for gel mani, last time it turned out to be $85 - she charged for every cuticle and plastic tip I felt like they took me for a fool; that’s why two stars, make sure you get the price straight before they touch your nails. Or go somewhere more consistent.
Love this place! They are all so friendly and happy and do a great job on my nails! Ive gotten acrylic and bio gels there with cat eye and ombre…always super happy.
I’ve been coming here for years, love Sabrina the owner, she is so kind and the entire team is so personable. The day before my wedding they surprised me with champagne and all sang for me, super sweet they remembered.
I had a very disappointing experience. I called this morning at 10:30 AM and made an appointment for 6:30 PM. I specifically planned my day around it and even canceled my gym session to make it on time. I arrived exactly at 6:30 PM, and the salon was already closed. Everyone had left. The owner was still there, but told me they couldn’t do my service because they were “already closed and going home,” and that everything had been cleaned. cq nails was closed so i had to go here, my manicure looks like i did it myself, one she cut one nail so much shorter than the rest!! i think she was lost in her thoughts, she had to extend it. and the pedicure she cut my toe with the nail drill. never again
