Went in with about 5 inches of hair and asked for a trim keeping it around the same length. They took off almost all of my hair. The top of my hair has maybe 3 inches and the back of my head has around an inch. Genuinely can not believe how much hair they believe to be a trim.
Nice people. Tiffey was very nice and she always does a great job on my hair
Went for color touch up. Color applied and did not cover grey. Mixed another color and it is to light and looks like it’s fading. Wanted to have me come back for a 3rd try of color. My hair is fine and I didn’t want another process. The terrible coloring cost me a lot of money.
Very disappointed. Went in after a very busy schedule and had to see someone other than my usual girl and I was so upset when I left that had I tried to tell her anything I would have just cried. Anyone who takes scissors to someone’s hair the way she did should not be doing so. I have layers in places they should not be to the point I have to pull the top up in a clip it looks so top heavy.
