Friendly but disappointing service. Paint left on toes, cuticle on thumb was cut/bleeding. Finished product is not smooth and paint is inconsistent. Mani/pedi was $61 and not worth that price. 35 minutes for mani and pedi (not counting dry time)- the final results show just how rushed the service was. Again- tech was very friendly and kind, but not pleased with the outcome.
Visited today for a basic pedicure with gel polish, not impressed. The gentlemen did my pedicure with very little effort. Not a good experience basically just a polish change because the pedicure service just was NOT there. I also think its strange the technicians answer personal calls and talk on their cells. I'm not sure I'll be going back, which is sad because the last pedicure I received wasn't bad so now I'm worried about getting another lame tech.
I absolutely love this nail salon and have been coming here for the last ten years! The prices are very reasonable, polishes are great quality, but Ha and Tammy are hands-down the best part. They both give amazing manicures and pedicures and are the absolute sweetest! If you're looking for your new forever nail-person, ask for Ha or Tammy, you won't be disappointed!
