I've had good experiences in the past but this time they treated me weirdly and rushed me through a service and color selection. Told me I had to wash my hands before I picked out a color ( they didn't do that to anyone else who walked through the door.) There's bumps and shallow spots in the gel polish . If you have appointments do them. And tell walk ins to wait. Don't rush people and give them anxiety by hovering over them and being demanding. That's how you loose clients. I don't think I'm going back.

I made an appt for Builder Gel and told them I like them thin. So instead of using the actual gel to build my nails, they used Gel Polish and told me it was better than the builder gel. I asked it it would chip and they said no. I had my nails done for a wedding and I had to go back because nail chipped by the next day. They also charged me $50 instead of $35 for gel polish. It’s been just a week and everyone of my nails have chipped. I will never go back to this place again.
