Very very bad customer service , i have to catch my flight on 24th and i have booked an appointment on 22nd and a day before i got a mesaage stating “i have to cancel your appointment , i got a last minute appointment “. I mean i have booked it long time ago so mine should be priority. Very very bad customer service
Beautiful store with excellent products, their clothes collection is not to be missed - beautiful pieces and a great combo with the spa/salon. I ended up getting a gorgeous gingham dress. The staff were very friendly and kind and there was a nice welcoming vibe.
Repeated cancellations (LJ) before major events— not worth the risk.
