Posh Pets Boutique is Too Expensivefor the Attitude
Really bad customer service! I had a couple bad experiences with the owner and her rude dismissive attitude. Yet I referred her store to several friends,and clients with new puppies,she was rude to them as well. They wondered why I sent them there. I now refer my Pet Sitting and Dog Walking clients to The Dog Works in German Village.
Love Shopping Posh Pets
We have been shopping Posh Pets since it opened in 2002. Jo has been a great asset to us. She special orders our dog and cat foods along with other items when we need them. She is very knowledgeable and we value her opinion and help. We wouldn??t think of shopping anywhere else. We would recommend this shop for anything special you are wanting for your pet. We are always greeted by a friendly face and treated with kindness and respect.

LOVE IT - SHORT NORTH APPEAL – Walked in to a greeting directly from the owner, she's down to earth and was interested in our needs. She gave us some samples of cat nip and we purchased a few items in the amount of roughly $50. I'll go back often as my "fur boys" love the toys thanks again for the great experience Jo!

I love spoiling my puppy with post pets lovely prt clothes and acssesories. The people that work there are just as nice! Most people think your cray if you put clothes on your pets. Not them!
Poor Customer Service
I have been a regular customer of Post Pets for the past two years. I own four very pampered dogs and have spent a good sum of money on sweaters, toys, collars, etc. at the store. Over the two years, I have several times been surprised that although I am such a regular customer, the owner does not seem to recognize either me, my husband or my pets. good selection fun to browse – the owner is always there and very helpful with her product knowledge. There is a lot of fun stuff to look at, although not all of it I would buy due to its novelty

Just moved to the area and was told to visit this cute little store for my spoiled pup. What a great selection of products at a even better price. I love all the pics of the pets that shop there. I thought it would be too expensive due to the name but it's not at all. The owner is always glad to see me and my little one!
