This is my last and final attempt with Posh Pets. I went to Posh Pets when they were located on forest drive, then again on beltline, and lastly at the dump of establishment on Fort Jackson Blvd. It's apparent, they not only employ unskilled groomers but the owners (Sid & his wife) lack professionalism and good customer service. Their only reply to not grooming my dog correctly or cutting his nails altogether was "you can bring him back when the groomer returns"....UNACCEPTABLE! Fool me three times, not a fourth. Great Grooming – I have recently gone to the new Posh Pets on Forest Acres at the Richland Fashion Mall. I was so pleased with the staff and the grooming services. My dog came out smelling so fresh and looking so precious. Ila did a wonderful job with the dog. I will definatly be returning.

Smoking is bad! – Can somebody please tell me why a dog grooming shop smells like a smoking parlor when you walk in? I have not had my dog groomed here and don't think i want to when the first thing I smell is smoke! that is just not cool with me. Dogs shouldn't have to be put through that!
