I took 2 dogs here over the course of several years. At first it was great, but over time the lady running the desk got grumpier and grumpier. Kept changing the rules of when pickup was. They never stay open until 6 like their hours say if they can at all help it. They stopped taking cards because it "costs too much" so now it's check or cash. They don't really like to answer the phone.... Found another groomer that my dogs love and never have any issues with the new place.
I’m extremely disappointed with the grooming service my Yorkie received here. I brought in my female Yorkie for what I thought would be a simple trim — just to neaten up her long, beautiful fur. Instead, they completely shaved her down without my consent. When I picked her up just a few hours later, I was shocked to see her fur completely gone and uneven, looking choppy and unfinished. We had been a loyal customer, dismissing the groomer’s visible disinterest in her job in lieu of a decent grooming for our dog. Then we were charged a late arrival fee. I have no problem paying a late fee if I am aware of their late fee policy. We were never informed and there were no signs posted for customers to be made aware of the policy. They did a amazing job with my long haired golden doodle that was very matted due to my dog going in the woods getting brush matted to her hair
