I’ve been frequenting the salon for almost a year now and sadly, I had a very disappointing experience most recently. The women who work there who primarily speak Spanish, are loud, and rude, and because I have some fundamental understanding of Spanish, I can tell that they are talking about me and others. Previous to my last visit, I had some very poor service from my usual nail tech and then I had missed my appointment and I had gone in and I was treated so poorly however the owner Sophia, is wonderful.
