I had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon. I was accidentally overcharged, and although they said they issued a refund, I never received it. The situation was handled very poorly, with little communication or urgency to fix the mistake. They also didn’t offer any form of compensation for the inconvenience. Overall, I would not recommend this salon based on how this was handled.
Make an appointment with Hanna ASAP!!!!!
