Tom is always the consummate professional, treating my 80-year-old mom, who has dementia, with such kindness, patience, and respect. Wendy does my mom’s pedicures and always does a wonderful job. We are so grateful to the entire Posh team for the compassion and care they show my mom. Thank you for making her feel so comfortable and valued!
Ann did my manicure and did an amazing job. She is incredibly diligent and listens to what you would like her to do. I loved the way she did my nails.
I have been a loyal customer of posh Nail Salon for almost 2–3 years, but my experience on August 27 was extremely disappointing. I paid $125 for a manicure and pedicure that did not meet my expectations. The new nail technician did not listen to my requests and became defensive when I tried to explain how I wanted my nails done. I repeatedly asked him to make my nails shorter, but he ignored me.
