The first time I went here, I had an amazing experience. I got Gel X and my nails lasted 3 weeks. When I went back I got a dip manicure, which I have been getting on my nails for years. It was not done correctly and my nails started chipping later that day. I went back and they were very apologetic and redid the dip and I was happy with the service. I have been getting my nails done here the past few months and it has been wonderful. The nail techs are really cool, super friendly. They play great music too. Love my nails!!!!
website should be a little more extensive and thorough, it would be easier for things to be clear on how/what to book. Simply just wanted a polish change on my toes, while that option is available a la carte (which is normal) they only have it so you can book that service only using regular polish, so I booked that and asked when I went in if it was ok that I had gel instead, was told yes only to be told a few minutes later that my service couldn't be done because I booked the regular polish service and there wouldn't be any... read more
