This was my first and last visit. I made a 9:00 AM appointment, but when I arrived, no one was ready for customers. Employees were eating breakfast, there were Starbucks cups and food left around the salon, and the technician assigned to me didn’t even seem aware that she had a scheduled appointment. I was seated at a station that still had someone else’s food and drink on it. It did not give the impression of a clean or organized salon. Cindy was very patient and attentive throughout the whole appointment. She took the time to understand what I wanted and gave helpful suggestions. Her work is beautiful, clean, and detailed. I’m really happy with how my nails turned out. Cindy is very skilled, and I would definitely come back again!
