Attitude & preferential Treatment Waited for an hour to be told that “she doesn’t control how fast her employee walks to work”. I understand having to wait if no appointment but communication is key. If she didn’t have enough people all she would need to say is we won’t be able to accommodate. Also, there seemed to be some sort of preferential treatment with who gets seen…I was dressed down. Maybe I should wear nice clothes and makeup to be seen.
Awesome experience and great service. My nails always come out marvelous. I have been going here for years. The staff is very friendly and the shop’s atmosphere is so relaxing.
JAKKI or SONNI are the best. I like crazy Pinterest nail art, funky, and colorful. They both execute the vision perfectly.
It doesn’t even deserve one star. I walk in at 6:35 - to ask a question! Stood there staring at the 3 employees for about 7 minutes and nothing. No one looked up, acknowledged me or even greeted me to see how they could potentially assist me. I get you might be busy but it’s common courtesy to at LEAST ACKNOWLEDGE SOMEONE When they walk in your establishment. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service. Please do not come here I urge you not to.
