The whole experience was truly amazing it was my first time here, I was treated with so much love and hospitality, Vietnamese coffee was absolutely phenomenal and the whole team just was full of good vibes, energy and I really love my nails! I had such a great experience getting my nails done! Michelle was incredibly gentle, detail-oriented, and truly cared about making sure I loved the final result. She took her time shaping and perfecting every nail, and her designs are honestly so clean and beautiful. What I appreciated most is how friendly and patient she was — she made me feel super comfortable the whole time. You can really tell she has passion for her work because the quality shows. Nails weren’t spectacular. There are so many competitors so I don’t think I would come back here. I went here with a friend and there were like two conflicts going on. It just looked very unprofessional. Someone made an appointment and their nail tech wasn’t there and no one had called the client to let her know. So, the customer was upset. Then another client wasn’t pleased with her set but nothing was changed she just paid and just seemed displeased.
Megan is the best! I’ve been going to her for years and I followed her to this new nail shop. She’s so consistent, customer service is 10/10, and she really learns and builds a relationships with her clients to make sure she delivers exactly what they’re looking for!
